Centrul de Reabilitare a Victimelor Torturii “Memoria” (RCTV Memoria) este o instituţie non-profit, apolitică şi independentă. Fiind primul şi până în prezent, unicul centru de reabilitare a victimelor torturii şi a tratamentelor inumane sau/şi degradante din Republica Moldova, RCTV Memoria a fost fondat la 12 noiembrie 1999 şi înregistrat la Ministerul Justiţiei la 7 decembrie 1999.
Din aprilie 2000 serviciile de reabilitare comprehensivă sunt, în continuu, oferite victimelor torturii, victimelor violenţei în familie şi violenţei sexuale, atât cetățenilor Republicii Moldova, inclusiv regiunea transnistreană, precum şi refugiaţilor şi solicitanţilor de azil.
CENTER FOR REHABILITATION FOR VICTIMS OF TORTURE – „MEMORY”
Centre for Rehabilitation for Victims of Torture -„Memoria” is the first and so far the only rehabilitation center for victims of torture and inhuman and/or degrading treatment. It was founded on 12th of November in 1999. Since April 2000, it provides a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services that are continuously offered to victims of torture, victims of domestic violence and sexual violence to both citizens of Moldova, including from the Transnistrian, and region, refugees and asylum seekers.
