Council for the Prevention and Elimination of Discrimination and Ensuring Equality provides the ability to strengthen examined decisions through an online tool: Amicus Curiae.

Amicus Curiae is an online service (friend of the court) available on  that aims to become an efficient and easy tool of providing support in relation to cases examined by the Council. Amicus Curiae may take the form of a legal opinion, report or any other relevant format. This is one way for individuals, non-governmental organizations, advocacy groups or other interested parties who are not part of the case to provide information related to the act of discrimination examined before the Council.
