Tatiana Sirghi from Moldova, a military observer in the South Sudan peacekeeping mission, was decorated by the United Nations with the medal “In the service of peace,” the Chisinau Defense Ministry announced.
Tatiana is in the UNMISS mission in Southern Sudan from December 2018 and is one of the two National Army women who are currently on a UN mission on the African continent.
